Job Description
■Lead development and execution of brand strategy & tactics, working with cross functional
team (esp. Sales)
■Develop sales forecast and manage promotion expense
■Build effective relationship with concerned company to manage in-licencing products in
corporation with Business development.
■Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement
■Design and implement integrated multi channels
■Lead sales training to enhance MR capability with Sales training
Requirements
■University degree or above
■Minimum 3-5 Years of Product Management experience with a reputable global
pharmaceutical company
■Experience of co-promotion/co-marketing is preferable
■Native Japanese Level
■Business English Level (TOEIC 730+)/ fluent in speaking and writing
■Understanding of pharma business in Japan
■Understanding of health care policy and system in Japan
■Good communication & collaboration skill
