Job Description
1.Preparation and execution of the strategic plan of quality and productivity improvement plans
•Define logistics and supply chain strategy in Japan and action plans and implement the plans with HQ on a timely basis
•Prepare budget (freight, warehouse, etc..) and forecast and other related reports
•Manage logistics expense and capital spending within the budget
•Implement the tender and set the “SOP” , if necessary

>>Warehouse

2.Sales & Distribution planning
•In charge of monthly forecast
•Monitor adequate stock level in region throughout the season according to sales plan
•Manage permanent and seasonal products supply and distribution guaranteeing its availability in Retail
•Monitor availability and stock is for the global region but goes down to the store level.

3.Management of relationship with venders and warehouse agencies
•Manage all import/export shipments
>>Cost / Lead time / Quality of service

Requirements
Education:University graduate or Equivalent
Experience:Minimum 5 years’ logistics experience in same function in luxury fashion companies OR fast fashion companies (e.g. uniqlo, ZARA, H&M, etc)
Capability: Overall knowledge in Supply Chain and Logistics function
Experience of project management preferable
Passionate of company and customer satisfaction
Self-motivated
Analytical skills

Results driven with excellent attention to details
Hands-on
Language: Japanese and English (mandatory)
