Job Description
■Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct/ Enable various delivery reviews covering both Onshore and Offshore to identify and highlight Delivery, Financial and Compliance risks/ issues objectively for all Responsible Projects* across regions
• Work and report closely with Senior Management, BU Delivery executive, DAG Leader, Portfolio Delivery Executives/ Account executives, Delivery Transformation and Ems
• Reduce the no. of surprise client escalations and track client concerns, if any, to closure
• Enable adherence to various client contractual commitments
• Coach delivery teams on how to proactively manage risks and issues and work collaboratively towards success
• Be an advocate for technology based tools and reusable assets and techniques to improve our delivery to clients
• Ensure FS SBU recommended tools for delivery and project management
• Ensure key delivery metrics are available for senior managements review on a monthly basis to enable data driven decisions / generate lead time to fix issues
• Enable delivery transformation initiatives and implement them across account/region by working with the Delivery Transformation Initiative owners
• Drive the Process Initiatives / Improvement Activities across the Accounts/region (Change Management, Metrics Management, Automation etc.,)
Requirements
■Required Skills:
• Prior experience of successful IT Application Development/ Testing and Project Management (more than 10 years experiences)
• Any experiences in Quality Management related will be a plus but not mandatory if he/she is willing to take trainings to become our Quality Manager.
• Credible experience in a Senior Management facing role, having built successful relationships with project stakeholders, account management and practice
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with financial, project and people management
• Ability to plan work activities, multi-task effectively, and adhere to deadlines.
• Previous work experience for FS domain clients, like Banking or Insurance domain will be a plus but not mandatory. (Any other domain experiences will be applicable if he/she has worked for big enterprises or global projects)
• PMP certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
■Educational Qualification:
Any bachelor’s Degree in engineering/Technology, preferably in Computer Science/Computer Applications or any other related study or experiences.
■Languages:
Proficient in Japanese and English will be required, at least Business level both in writing and speaking
