Job Description
■Role and Responsibilities
Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Requirements
■Required Skills
3+ years hands on J2EE Web backend development experiences.
Familiar with software development lifecycle.
Familiar with common frameworks, such as Spring, Struts, Hibernate.
Familiar with WebSphere Application Server.
Test driven development principles and toolset, e.g. JUnit and so on.
Have a good knowledge on Json, PDF.
Familiar with Source Code management tools, e.g. SVN/GIT and so on.
Having Agile project working experiences is a plus.
Having i-WFM experiences is a plus.
High awareness of compliance with laws and regulations.
Independent on work
Good communication skills, ability to work effectively in team environment
Insurance domain knowledge/skill is a plus.
Global company working experiences is a plus.

■7Educational Qualification
Any bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology, preferably in Computer Science/Computer Applications or any other related study or experiences.

■Languages
Fluent in Japanese and English will be required, at least Business level both in writing and speaking
