Does this meet our customers’ requirements?<br/>Naturally this applies to all retail activities involving products, sales venues, services and communications.<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>業務<br/>UXデザインチームに所属するフロントエンドエンジニアのうち、アーキテクトを担当。UXデザインチームに所属するリードエンジニアやシステム開発チームとコラボレーションしながら、UXデザイナーが検討した結果を実際のシステムに効率よく実装する際に必要となるデザインシステム（CSSフレームワーク）の設計業務を担当します。また、UXデザイナーと共に、ハイエンドブランドからカジュアルブランドまでをカバーする、グローバル対応可能なシステムデザインガイドラインを作成します。<br/><br/>チームミッション<br/>私たちUXデザインチームは様々なバックグランドを持ったリサーチャー、デザイナー、フロントエンドエンジニア/アーキテクトが集まった専門部隊です。UXリサーチやデザインを通じ、最高の顧客体験を提供しようと日々努力しています。例えば、顧客の身近なニーズだけなく、目に見えない潜在的なニーズを把握するために、グローバル視点で顧客調査をしたり、新しいアイディアから具体的な顧客体験を描いたりします。また私たちは、ひとつのアプローチや手法にとらわれることなく、時々の状況に応じてデザインや開発プロセスを柔軟に変えながら取り組めるよう、チャレンジし続けています。<br/><br/>Your role<br/>As a front-end engineer & architect, you will be helping the lead front-end engineer in the UX/UI development team to develop our design system. You will be establishing a design system that enables a smooth transition from design to development, collaborating closely with both the engineering and design teams. In addition, you will be building a global system guideline for both high-end and casual clothing brands along with UX/UI designers. This role requires for you to be creatively ambitious and willing to take strong project ownership while being open-minded and not dogmatic about what methodologies to use.<br/>You care about precision, attention to aesthetic as well as function, and take pride in outstanding quality. You work well collaboratively and independently, and have excellent communication skills.<br/><br/>The Team<br/>We are a growing multi-disciplinary UX team of researchers, designers, and front-end engineers/architects.
