Job Description
Position: Marketing, Product Management MRO/DIY for Abrasives
Location: Tokyo or Chiba
Mission:
Assist to identify new business opportunities for existing and new products (TW and C/A), and propose plans to exploit these opportunities. Support sales with product demonstration, training, promotion, display coordination etc.
既存製品及び新製品について新規ビジネスの開拓、及び提案のアシストを行う品製品のデモンストレーションや勉強会、展示会アレンジなどの手法で営業サポートを行なう
Key Responsibility:
Product development & Marketing activities:
- Develop new products in cooperation with affiliates, 3rd party venders
- Develop business and marketing plan for assinged products/brands, including pricing strategies, sales plan and implementation strategies
- Create ideas of all marketing, advertising and promotional activities related to the assigned product lines.
- Coordinate occasionally with sales, engineering, manufacturing functions and logistic team on design, supply chain, stock management, distribution, product quality and product specifications/changes as needed
- Analyze and provide timely and accurate market information to team members, such as prcing situations and status of competitive activities and products
製品開発とマーケティング
・アフィリエーツ及び外注などと協力して、新製品開発を行う
・担当製品 /ブランドについての営業・マーケティング計画(価格戦略及び営業戦略の築定・実行)
・担当製品に関するすべてのマーケティング活動、営業促進のアイデア提案
・設計、需要予測、在庫管理、製品の配送、製品の品質保持、仕様変更などについて、営業部門、技術部門、製造、ロジスティック部門と定期的に調整を行う
・他社動向、他社製品、価格情報、マーケット状況などを分析し、チームメンバーに対して迅速かつ正確に伝達する
Identify new business opportunities
- Conduct market research, performance test and analysis on selected product line
- Help to identify new business opportunities for existing as well as Group's products, not yet commercialized in Japan
- Help to analyze customer needs/reaction to products and services for the development of marketing and sales strategies
- Assist the commercialization of new products, from packaging, branding, performance qualification, production, stocking, quality management
新規ビジネスの開拓探耕
・特定の製品について製品テスト、マーケット調査及び分析を実地する
・既存の製品(自社製品だけでなく、まだ日本で商品化されていない製品も含めて)について新規ビジネス開拓
・マーケティング。営業戦略の築定に向けて、製品や自社のサービスに対する顧客ニーズ/反応を分析する
・新製品の小進化アシスト(パッケージング、ブランディング、性能保証、品質保証、製造、初期在庫管理、アフターセールサービス)

・顧客との日本語での商習慣、ビジネスコミュニケーション能力
・製品性能、市場、競合情報などの分析力
