Technical Sercice Engineer in MRS (Mining and Rock Excavation Service) Yokohama Hub

Job Description
+Support customer centers and customers for technical issues, both in the factory and

at field.

+Support customer centers and customers with start-up and commissioning.

+Support for technical training, both classroom training and hands on training for the field

service engineers.

+Conduct the field test for new products.

+Prepare product technical data / documentation for service support.



Mission

+Secure global technical support for the Power Roc product range and a high level of

service competence worldwide, to support the CC’s in their request for service excellence.

+Secure the continuous feedback, including implementing processes on how to work

between MRS and Capital divisions, to the Product Company regarding the field situation

of our capital equipment in order to take quick corrective actions.

+Support the development of common tools for troubleshooting. Play an active role in

product development of capital equipment in areas like safety, serviceability, functional

and field testing.

Requirements
Experience requirements

+Experience from working in a product company preferred.

+Computer skills (Outlook, MS Office, PowerPoint).

+Good social communication skills.



Knowledge

+Knowledge about hydraulics, electrics and pneumatics a must.

+Fluent in Japanese written and spoken.

+English language intermediate or above.

+Knowledge of scheduling and cost planning.

+Knowledge of presentation facilitation.

+High customer and service orientation.

+Knowledge of the mining and construction business area preferred.



Educational requirements

The candidate has preferably a university degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent

engineering background.
