Job Description
-Manage delivery objectives that support CSDD’s role enhancing and improving the security activities among all Group companies.
-Work closely with the project team Subject Matter Experts
-Conduct retrospectives/lessons learned and put forward kaizen recommendations to managers.
-Project risk, issue and assumption management.
-Identification and selection of 3rd party tools and vendors incl. procurement.

Requirements
-Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and balancing their expectations and different requirements.
-Oversight, tracking and reporting of multiple projects on a weekly basis using agreed format.
-Risk, issue and assumption management.
-Experience with project management practices, tools, and methodology
-Demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
-People skills to work with different communication styles and conflicting viewpoints to find a ‘middle way’.
-Understanding for how to work with competing for resource priorities between project and operations, whilst still driving the project forward.
-Familiarity with corporate IT solutions.
-English Business level, Japanese None
