Job Description
• Coordinate key elements with the development cycle of projects;
• Coordinates market research activities;
• Prepare project investment reports and make recommendations for advancing projects;
• Work with selected development services consultants and vendors to coordinate due diligence on sites;

Requirements
•Minimum of 3~5 years commercial real estate and development experience
• Working knowledge of capital markets and the local real estate market
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Project, and excellent analytical skills;
• Well-developed social, communication and leadership skills;
•Good command of spoken and written Japanese
（English skills are plus but not highly required）
