Job Description
This professional will participate in all phases of the Agile project lifecycle and consistently deliver business value to our clients. This professional will be part of an exclusive team of highly skilled system engineers, who advance best practices, and help set direction for the technical aspects of our practice, especially web and the use of Open Source technologies around the globe. The ideal candidate has an innovation mindset and a passion for the digital world.


- At least 3 years of experience as technical leader and 8 years experience in IT
- Responsible for the overall solution architecture, including all software and appropriate hardware elements
- Leads and coordinates technical activities and documents throughout the project
- Establishes software technologies and solutions to be used for system development, chooses program languages and development tools
- Establishes the overall structure for each architectural view: the decomposition of the view, the grouping of elements, and the interfaces between theses major groupings
- Develop high-level system specifications

Requirements

- Fluent in Japanese with business skills in English
- Experience or theoretical knowledge in all the main areas required for the particular project
- Experience in application design and knowledge of appropriate methodologies (ER models, Design Patterns, etc) and tools
