Our client is a world leading media agency, with offices all over the world.

Job Description
The Associate Director of Finance will manage a team of 10, and will report to the CFO. You will  be responsible for multiple P&Ls, and will liaise regularly with global and regional offices.

You will lead your team to manage client invoices, and resolve client financial issues (internal and external). You will lead month end closing, and will be responsible for issues relating to cash flow and client management regarding financial issues.

You will also manage monthly, and quarterly reporting, as well as the forecasting and budgeting processes. You will be deeply involved with commercial finance issues too, working closely with the CFO, and head of departments. 

This is a leadership role, with a strong career path.

Requirements
3 - 5 years' expereince in a management position within finance

Experience in advertising, media or marketing is preferable

Strong communication skills, and ability to handle high speed, hihg pressure environment

Experience of working in a global company, liaising with overseas offices

Good communication skills in spoken and written Japanese and English
