Job Description
This is a Recruitment Specialist position
➢ Manage and maintain relationships with RPO, and recruitment agencies, ensuring timely and accurate updates on status and feedback
➢ Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
➢ Screening resumes
➢ Conduct interview
➢ Monitor headcount execution plan and partner with business team on headcount planning
➢ Manage Onboarding process and collaborate with C&B team
➢ Manage to hire temporary staffs, etc
Requirements
➢ Recruitment experience as a company recruiter in global / Multinational company
➢ Business level of English
➢ Needs to be self-motivated and able to work autonomously
➢ Familiarity with a matrixed environment
