Job Description
•Develop, implement and manage digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
•Work closely with the marketing and corporate communications teams to drive all digital marketing activities, execute and monitor all online advertising or promotional campaigns
•Manage search engine marketing campaigns to optimize the hotel's online presence by working with the hotel's appointed search marketing agency
•Monitor the hotel’s website traffic, and identify trends and opportunities to grow the online business
•Be up to date with current and future digital marketing trends, competitors activities, and make recommendations
•Ensure consistent corporate branding image in all online spaces the hotel is in
•Find new online business opportunities for all aspects of the hotel's businesses
•Work with the communications team to propose overall digital strategy in conveying the hotel’s key communication messages
•Manage the hotel’s social media engagement and direct marketing efforts
•Provide training for relevant managers/executives in the hotel to foster better understanding of digital marketing
•Attend training programs set by the hotel

Requirements
•Possess a degree in a recognized university, preferably in Mass Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce, New Media or related disciplines
•At least 3 years of digital marketing experience/marketing communications experience with solid digital marketing exposure
•Initiative, team player, ability to multi-task and good analytical skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
•Oral and written fluency in Japanese and English
