Job Description
Candidate will experience some of the role during the Generalist Term.
After the Generalist Term, the candidate will be assigned to specific role based on the agreement between company and the candidate.
This program will be the chance for the candidates who have interested to the development and investment of real estate.
Also this position will be good opportunity for the candidates who have a motivation to large-scale projects.

複数のポジションを1～4年のローテーションで経験した後、本人と会社の合意に基づき、就業ポジションを決定します。
不動産開発・投資の仕事に興味がある方、大規模案件に携わりたい方にとって、チャンスとなるプログラムです。

Requirements
At least 1 year, less than 10 years of experience in BtoB Sales or the real estate business(except for housing)
1年以上10年未満の法人営業経験、又は不動産関連業務（住宅を除く）の経験
