Job Description
•Receive and manage customer claims, post and pre-escalated to local head office
•Collect information related to product and product quality
•Coordinate repairs locally or with headquarters overseas
•Communicate with stores and other teams to confirm product details and reports, aiming to resolve customer claims
•Work closely with headquarter in order to ensure product quality is met and improved
•With a good understanding of spare parts, request process and management, improving repair process and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
•A strong interest and passion for fashion and luxury
•Strong communication and presentation skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
•Work well in a fast-paced environment
•Customer-oriented attitude
•Native-level Japanese
