Job Description
· Negotiate with department stores t with department stores: Promotion of sales floor refurbishment, Meeting of sales plan / marketing plan
· Be responsible for direct POS management
· Take charge of planning and developing training programs for staff
· Be instrumental in helping the brand achieve their targets by planning in-sales and out-sales plans on by store basis
· Work closely with the sales administration team to plan, manage and measure efficacy of sales plans

Requirements
· Department store sales experience, preferably in the cosmetics / perfume industry
· Good understanding of a luxury brand and possess good know-how of achieving sales for a luxury brand
· Ability to work adapt and work in fast-paced environment
