Large international food manufacturing company is looking for an FP&A Manager
Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse data on a wide range of financial areas and apply it to the business needs
- Develop and analyse cost accounting information and make recommendations for the utilization of resources
- Provide analysis on Corporate MAC (Margin After Conversion) and Inventory balance
- Provide analysis on local Manufacturing Conversion Cost, Non Quality Cost, and Inventory balance to support E2E team
- Provide analysis on local Logistics Conversion Cost, to identify risks and opportunities and develop Earnings target
- Review and prepare Journal entries
- Lead annual Budget process for manufacturing and logistics, and prepare forecast
- Lead CAB (both Industrial and Market) budget planning, manage year-end landing and provide periodic reporting to Campus
Requirements
- Japanese (native, or nearly native), English (business)
- Experience on Financial Planning, Shaping and Controls.
- Strategy development experience
- Managerial experience
- Excellent communication skills
