Job Description
・Preparing and booking for accounting entries in AP/AR and GL modules
・Work on financial reporting with India team
・Preparing payments (for vendor invoices, inter-company payments, employee expenses, withholding tax, etc.)
・Issuing invoices to clients and cash application
・Bank reconciliation
・Petty cash
・Support for monthly/yearly closing, preparing financial statements, and tax returns
・Management of contract filing and status
・Management of subcontractors
・Controlling of employees’ expense claims and analysis
・Other adhoc tasks
Requirements
・More than 10 years of accounting experience at any foreign company in Japan
・Japanese: Native
・English: Business Level
・Understanding and experience in International accounting (IFRS, US GAAP)
・Solid experience in accounting and finance
・Experience in using ERP system (SAP, Oracle R12, etc.)
・Understanding of Japanese tax so that he / she can liaise with our tax advisors
・Excel Skills (vlookup, sumif, pivot table, etc.)

残業 月 20時間 ~ 30時間程度
