Job Description
A World Leading Life Insurance Company is looking for a SFDC Developer who is communicative, adaptive, independent and obsessive about solving problems. You will have the opportunity to join a DevOps community (aka DevOps guild) that is leading the DevOps transformation including exciting technology opportunities with cloud, infrastructure as code, and software delivery pipelines.
You will be responsible to build SFDC applications that integrate with backend servers in the company data center and/or the company
cloud. You will also design the overall architecture of SFDC application and evolve it to ensure maximum performance and stability. Usually you will be working in a particular squad (aka feature-team) but may also be working for other squads at times to widen your skills and experiences.

▼ Specific Activities:
・Design of the overall architecture of the SFDC application
・Implementation of a robust set of web services and RESTful APIs to power the SFDC applications
・Implementation of security and data protection
・Collaborate with Architects, Product owners, Developers, DevOps engineers to design and develop efficient software
・Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
・Participate in the definition and dissemination of Development discipline and methodologies to the enterprise
・Create Proof-of-Concepts using new technologies
・Identify new technologies that improve product development and end user experience
・Participate in functional, security, performance and usability testing
・Build reusable code and libraries for future use
・Required to follow the prescribed processes and procedures of the SDLC. Participate in the definition of SDLC processes and procedures.
・Participate in the definition of secured SDLC processes
・Respect and practice DevOps culture to work effectively with DevOps engineers
・Participate in the definition and dissemination of Development discipline and methodologies to the enterprise
・Provide off-hours support for production applications
 登録資格【Job Qualification】
▼Skills
・Experience with cloud technology like Amazon Web Services, SFDC, Azure or equivalent
・Proficient understanding of programming language such as Apex, VisualForce etc.
・Proficient understanding of relational database such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL etc
・Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, including Git
・Good understanding of Code Quality/Coverage Tools (Sonar, PMD/Checkstyle or equivalent)
・Good understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
・Good understanding of Agile methodology , including Scrum
・Good understanding of the Software design/architecture process
・Basic understanding of Lightning component
・Basic understanding of designing and implementing SOAP based and RESTful web services
・Basic understanding Swagger/Open API specification.
・Basic understanding of Open Source Technologies: JUnit, Log4J, Spring, Hibernate, Ant, Maven, Jenkins etc.
・Basic understanding of responsive web design and development.
・Basic understanding of integration middleware such as EAI, ESB, RPC etc.
・Basic understanding of Service Oriented Architecture and Microservices Architecture
・Basic understanding of integrating third party APIs such as Google Maps, SNS etc.
Qualifications
・Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
・2+ years experiences in software development
・2+ years experiences developing SFDC applications
・Experience with the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
・Has the ability to identify new development opportunities and best practices and communicate them to management
・Has the ability to work through constant change (continuous improvement)
・A desire to be mentored and to grow
・A strong desire to work with any technologies in an effort to become a cross functional member in DevOps community
