Job Description
As a team assistant, you will coordinate product inquiries and distribution of products from their wholesale accounts. Occasionally, you will also receive customer inquiries. Additional job duties involve:
•Data entry for order contents, using the in-house system
•Coordinate with distribution centers, factors and local teams with confirmation of orders and shipping arrangements.
•Dealing with customer inquiries on the phone, connecting with factory or related teams for product repairs or refunds.
Requirements

•Good IT skills (Microsoft Office applications), especially fast typing and data input for Excel
•Quick telephone correspondence and administrative capacity
•Good communication skills for cooperation with customers and different company divisions
•Pro-activeness and flexibility
