■ Main business contents
① [ 35% ] Operation of company media (e-mail magazine, WEB site)
② [ 25% ]Data summarization and processing
③ [ 10% ]Expenses processing

Manuscript creation and distribution setting work of e-mail magazine
Progress management in updating contents of our website
Progress management and effectiveness verification in Internet advertisement sales
Maintenance of the database and other operations of the EC site
Regular reporting and reporting on progress cases and sales effects

■ Working time (break time): 9: 00-18: 00 break 1 H
* Adjustment of working hours can be changed according to the circumstances of candidates. Zero overtime is expected.


■ Required OA skills:
• Experience of using the following tools in data totalization and processing work
【Required】 Excel / Google Analytics
【Useful】 ACCESS
• Mail magazine operation, site operation
【Useful】 Experience of using CMS, experience of operating site and own channel

Key Personal Skill
• Detail Orientated. Someone who makes few mistakes. This is key to be successful with this role.

Requirements
