Job Description
-To manage all Gourmet Shop colleagues, facilities and financial performance to ensure optimal departmental profit and cost efficiency is achieved
-To work closely with other teams and supervise the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverage and retail products
-To closely monitor the financial performance of all products and suggest and implement appropriate measures to address any issues
-To prepare advertising, sales promotions and display plans in line with the reputation of the hotel
-Ensure daily SOP Training is conducted with the hotel's standards
Requirements
- Retail experience, within F&B sector preferred. Will consider other industry background
- Strong knowledge of marketing, merchandising, and stock control
- Excellent training skills
- English and Japanese proficiency (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership and team leading skills
- Possesses problem solving skills
- Creative, with good market and product knowledge
- Excellent financial awareness
