生命保険会社における資産運用の企画・立案を担う人材を募集します。資産運用部門を代表してマネジメントを始めとした関係部署との窓口・調整役となり、会社の経営政策に沿った資産運用計画を立て、フロントオフィスを始めとする資産運用部門に指令を行うまさに資産運用部門のコントロールタワーとなる部署です。

具体的な職務としては、内外関係ステークホールダーとの資産運用に関する折衝、マーケットのレビュー、資産運用計画の策定およびモニター、計画変更の提案、運用結果のレビューおよび報告が主たる業務です。

Requirements
（Must)

・生保資産運用に関するポートフォリオマネジメント、ALMの知識

・ソルベンシーマージンルールおよび資産運用規制に関する知識

・資産運用部門をリードする推進力

・内外のステークホールダーとの折衝力・調整力

・親会社への報告の為の英語力（TOEIC850以上）



（Want)

・資産運用に関わる経理に関する知識

・証券アナリスト資格

(Must)

· Portfolio management on life insurance asset management, knowledge of ALM

· Knowledge of solvency margin rules and asset management regulations

· Driving force leading the asset management division

· Ability to negotiate with domestic and foreign stakeholders · Coordination

· English proficiency for reporting to parent company (TOEIC 850+)



(Want)

· Knowledge of accounting related to asset management

· Securities analyst qualification
