Job Description
•Provide information on products, handle orders over the phone
•Respond to inquiries directly from customers, over phone and e-mails, related to repairs, product availability, general inquiries
•Coordinate shipping arrangements, and cooperate with other departments for product repairs and engraving
•Manage customer information in company database
•Act as ambassador for the company, you will provide top quality customer service at all times
•Assist with any on-going projects to improve the work efficiency in the office
Requirements
【REQUIREMENTS】
•Excellent hospitable communication skills, both verbally and written
•IT skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
【DESIREABLE SKILLS, CHARACTERISTICS OR BACKGROUND (not a must)】
•Previous experience in retail sales in jewellery or luxury industry
•Previous experience in call centre
•Business level of English or Chinese
