Job Description
- To drive revenue and maximize profits of each outlet in the hotel
- To maintain and enhance food, beverage and service quality of the hotel
- Ensure guest satisfaction is upheld and that service delivered is in accordance to the hotel's standards
- To execute standard procedures and implement rules and regulations in line with the hotel's policies in cooperation with individual outlet managers
- To maintain food safe and hygiene practices in all outlets
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of restaurant manager experience
- Hotel industry experience is a must
- Business level Japanese & English , non-Japanese speaking candidates will be considered
