THE JOB
- Management of the team ( process management, staff management )
- Lead some Kaizen working groups
- Monitoring monthly performance together with business control team
- Settlement of accounts for the monthly/yearly financial closing and reporting (non-consolidated basis) for group entities
- Monthly group reporting via group consolidation system
- Preparation of the statutory audit and the group audit for the group entities
- AP and AR hands-on management for closing point of view
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years experience in the finance/accounting
- Able to perform a complete set of financial closing processes (monthly/yearly)
- Nissho Boki 2 or above
