Job Description
As a customer service staff, you will be assigned to handle various customer-related activities from the shipping process to the processing of invoice contents.
Additional job duties involve:
•Responding to phone calls about product, repair and claim inquiries
•Extracting data related to shipment
•Assessing invoice contents
•Inventory management (using EXCEL)
•Other general affairs related to sales
Requirements

•1+ year’s experience in sales (retail), or customer service
•EXCEL skill (VLOOK/PIVOT required)
•Excellent communication skills
•Good time-management
•Good business communications ability, both written and verbal
