Job Description
As a customer service officer, you will co-run the day-to-day Customer Care activities in order to build customer loyalty through delivering an excellent customer service.
Job responsibilities will include:
-Handle customer calls, e-mails, faxes quickly and professionally
-Process sales orders/returns, keep customer account records updated via entry into internal system
-Deal with invoicing in internal system and maintain accounting files
-Professionally conduct both written and verbal communications with customers and stakeholders, handling their requests and concerns
-Follow established customer service and warehouse processes and suggest areas for improvement
Requirements

-Demonstrated professional telephone etiquette skills
-Mature and self-confident with the ability to work under pressure
-Computer literacy
