Job Description
The role requires implementing innovative plans for company revenue growth with a strong strategic mindset, to maintain and raise the public image of the brand.

As the Head of Communication, you will be in charge of a team of 5 people, overseeing a range of marketing functions, including but not limited to the 5 areas below:

1) Advertising: Analyse monthly PR results, come up with strategic media plans, working closely with advertisement vendors
2) Marketing and Sales Promotion: Plan local retail events, manage printed matters, as well as arrange samples for department stores
3) Public Relations: Responsible for all PR activities, in charge of press presentations and press releases, and build relationships with press and celebrities
4) Digital Marketing: Execution of digital and social media activities
5) Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Conduct data driven initiatives, to ensure customer loyalty and maximum revenue opportunities

You will be reporting to the President of Japan, as well as working closely with the HQ. You will also work closely with other teams in the Japan office, such as Sales, MD and VMD.

Requirements
- University degree
- Minimum 10 years experience in marketing communication in the luxury fashion business
- Business level English, Native Japanese
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Hands on and good business acumen
- Proactive, driven, and dynamic
- Deep understanding of the fashion industry
