THE COMPANY
Our client is a global luxury brand.
THE JOB
- Prepare and input the routine journal entries; input the non routine journal entries with business’ approval and supporting documents.
- Handle the month-end closing transactions and process; make proper accruals, prepayment and recurring entries so as to ensure the reasonableness of the balance sheet accounts.
- Maintain GL master data (including GL account, cost center, profit center, cost element) in system.
- Process payables (expense claims/invoices etc) and arrange the payment in accordance with terms and conditions.
- Process sales transaction through interface and reconcile the figures between the systems.
- Follow up and trace the breakdown of key B/S accounts on a monthly basis
REQUIREMENTS
- A university degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
- Sense of responsibility, team-work spirit , flexibility and quick-learner
- Proactive and able to multi-task
