Job Description
Reporting to Marketing Senior Manager, Renal Care PD Marketing. Managing product life cycle and new product launches in the therapeutic area. Marketing planning, operational planning, plan implementation through cross-functional collaborations and sound leadership to achieve the business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establishing a marketing plan from research to budgeting and implementation
• New product launch planning, forecasting, budgeting of PD Portfolio to Japan
• Product life cycle management of the portfolio including drugs, devices and disposables
• Working collaboratively with Global, Regional & Country stakeholders to ensure Cost Reduction & Profit Optimization for the company’s Renal Portfolio
• Communicating with Sales team to execute marketing plan and new product launch plan
• KOL Management
• Management of marketing specialist
Requirements
• High level of experience/competency in dialysis related space
• Proven Past experience in medical/device/pharmaceutical marketing
• Strong communication, presentation & leadership skills (Proven Track Record)
• Basic English Proficiency
• Product Launch experience desirable
• Sales or medical/clinical science qualification desirable
• MBA or equivalent is a plus
