Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Japan/Korea Marketing Director, you will lead the development of strategic marketing programs for Health Solutions, focused on Clinical Solutions and Education segments. You will ensure the marketing team’s ability to create and execute high-return marketing strategies. Therefore, it is required to have experiences on B2B marketing, lead generation, C-suite engagement, thought leadership, public relations and social media marketing.
Key responsibilities:
•Conducting Market Analysis to generate insight on customer preference, market conditions and product roadmap
•Devising Marketing Strategies to successfully capture customer and media attention, drive revenue and increase brand equity on the global market
•Responsible for Customer Engagement, C-suite Engagement and End-user Engagement
•Leading a team of 3 marketers responsible for external marketing & internal operation communications
•Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders across all functions
Requirements
•8-12 years of integrated marketing experience (7+ years on marketing strategy)
•Proven Track Record Experience on B2B marketing, market analysis and customer engagement
•Marketing experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or other healthcare-related companies
•Remote Team Management & Stakeholder Relationship Management Experience
•In-depth knowledge in Japan & Korea markets with strong analytical skills
•University degree or above (MBA preferred)
•Fluent in Japanese & English (Korean preferable) writing & verbal communication
