IT System Manager

Industry: 
Fashion high brand operates online boutiques and showrooms that sell fashion and luxury products in Italy and internationally. 


Main responsibilities/activities:
•SAP Project management and roll out.
•Business application management and support (SAP, SAP BO/BW, WMS, Retail Pro etc.).
•Server management (IBM Storage/File and Print server/VM ware/UPS).
•Infrastructure systems management such as Active Directory, MS Windows Server 2008/2012, Backup management (IBM Tape loader).
•Network Management (Cisco ASA/Catalyst, DHCP, WLAN and Access point/local MPLS).
•ITIL Management.
•Security Management (Symantec end point, Altiris).
•Desktop laptop hardware support (DELL, Lenovo).
•Mobile device management (Mobile phone, iPhone, iPad).
•Troubleshoot PC related issues onsite, over phone or using remote access tools for boutiques　and events.
•Hardware Kitting, PC setup for Store openings/on-site support.
•Maintaining working relationship with vendors and third party providers.
•Budget management.
•Staff management.


Key Requirements: 
•SAP Project management and support.
•Retail business application management and infrastructure support.
•Experience at Retail Business Company and understanding of retail business system.
•Good communication skill at English and Japanese.
•TOEIC points 800 or higher.
