The Role 職務内容
A Recruitment Specialist is expected to perform end-to-end recruitment. This includes liaising with hiring managers, Human Resources as well as various business departments in order to fill open positions in alignment with the objectives of the company. They must also be capable of performing direct sourcing duties through the use of social media as well as the company's internal database.
Minimum Qualifications 必要なスキル・経験
-3 years experience in recruitment, including direct talent sourcing
-Native level Japanese abilities and business level English abilities
Preferable qualifications: IT background and strong analytical skills
