The Role 職務内容
1.Recruiter
Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives.
2. Talent Sourcing
Focus on direct sourcing activities utilizing Social Media and internal database
Minimum Qualifications 必要なスキル・経験
+3 years experience of recruitment (*Recruiter)+3 years experience of direct sourcing (*Talent Sourcing)English language skill(business level), Japanese language skill(native level)IT background and strong analytical skill(Preferred)Experience in reporting to Managing Directors(Preferred)
