With major growth plans for the coming years, a Finance Manager is sought to help support this expansion.
Support Financial Controller in the areas, not limited to, but including the following:
- Accounting: Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Closing, U.S. Reporting, Cash Flow Management, Vendor Invoice Payment Process, Fixed Assets, Tax, Inventory Reserve Management
- Compliance: Internal Control, FCPA, Code of Ethics
- Bank Relations: Shift to new bank
- People Management: two Accounting staff members
- Special Assignments: Opex Management
- SAP Implementation
REQUIREMENTS
- Accounting and FP&A background
- MS Excel ability
- Experience in small foreign capital firms
- People management experience
