職務内容 The Position
This is a HR Generalist position:
Responsible for organizational development support.
• Responsible for effective implementation of Perfromance Management System.
• Responsible for payroll and prepare necessary reports to Finance.
• Responsible for recruiting activities.
• Responsible for implementing and administering HR policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Prepare Monthly HR Reports, such as Headcount / Overtime/ Turnover/ Staffing operations management.
• Identify training needs and develop and implement training plans and activities.
• Prepare annual HR budget.
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
- Business Level English
- At least 3 years experience as Generalist.
- Experience in International Organizations preferred.
