JOB TITLE
Senior Financial Planning Analyst


THE JOB
The position is to offer high quality analysis and support for the marketing team to ensure that the organization has robust financial planning and modelling, which underpins the delivery of the business plan and makes the connection between delivery and achieving the wider organization aims and objectives.



- Manage brand building investments from a financial poin of view.

- Assist with the formulation of annual business plans and budgets in accordance with corporate strategy; ensuring risks and opportunities are identified and quantified to deliver the required results.

- Support marketing and sales teams in product range planning.

- Monthly and yearly financial planning process reporting.

- Instill rigour in financial plans, reporting and numbers and provide sound commercial and marketing advice.



REQUIREMENTS
- A university degree or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of finance and accounting experience.
- Energetic, engaging and positive approach.
- High level of integrity, honesty and excellence - attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prioritize and coordinate multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
