Job Description
Job duties involve, but are not limited to, supporting the CFO with secretarial and administrative tasks:
• Travel and business trip arrangements
• Expense and invoice processing
• Schedule management
• Act as contact person
• Document creation
• Support in other operations such as HR/GA/Accounting when necessary

Requirements
• Japanese native speaker
• Efficient IT skills
• Bright personality
• Detail-oriented
• Great at communication with people of all levels
• Open to learn other tasks

【DESIRABLE】
• Experience working in English or in an international environment
• Secretarial/Administrative/Back-office related experience
