Location: central Tokyo
Job Description
You will report to CFO locally, and will be work together with the Finance Team at the HQ.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Finance analysis
- Reporting (sales, GL, PL)
- System entry and uploads (SAP)
- Cost management
- Bank and cash flow management
- Support in monthly closing
- Lead a team of 3 accounting personnel
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese and business level of English
- Experience in finance and accounting
- People management experience
- ERP skills (SAP, Oracle, Micro Strategy, any other ERP)
- Good communication skills
