Job Description
Working as a student coordinator, managing accommodation and administration, you will be a trustworthy and responsible person, supporting students who are coming to Japan, as well as maintaining the relationships of host families and residential administrators in the company's network. Your job duties will include:
•Visa support (general inquiries)
•Travel support (airport transfer, supporting travelling to areas outside of Tokyo)
•Networking and marketing initiatives (build relationships with new potential host families)
•Respond to student accommodation requests from overseas offices
•Communicate with residencies or host families regarding open vacancies and student matching
•Problem-solving on both student and accommodation side
•General administration of documents
Requirements
【Minimum requirements】
•Native OR fluent Japanese speakers, with minimum business level English for written communication
•Flexibility, open-mindedness and adaptability to people of different backgrounds and cultures
•Great communication skills for internal and external communication
•Sense of responsibility, with good relationship building skills
•Problem-solving skills
•Autonomy
【Desirable qualities】
•Fluent English speakers welcome for student and overseas verbal communication
•Experience working or living overseas
•Experience in relevant fields such as: tourism, education, customer service, administration, coordination or sales
•Working rights in Japan a necessity
