Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- ERP Project implementation(local) and roll out.
- POS system implementation (local) and roll out.
- Retail business application management and support (Oracle NetSuite/Warehouse management system/CRM
Salesforce/POS system etc.).
- Desktop laptop hardware support (Surface, Windows/Mac).
- Infrastructure and Network management (Router, DHCP, WLAN and Access point, Servers) with third party providers.
- Security management (Trend Micro, Firewall).
- To Troubleshoot PC related issues onsite, over phone or using remote access for stores with third party providers.
- Hardware kitting, PC setup for store openings/on-site support/Training.
- Maintaining working relationship with vendors and third party providers.
- Project management(local).
- Programing /software development and architect skill (Options).
- E-commerce implementation and roll out(Option)
