Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:

- ERP Project implementation(local) and roll out.
- POS system implementation (local) and roll out.
- Retail business application management and support (Oracle NetSuite/Warehouse management system/CRM
Salesforce/POS system etc.).
- Desktop laptop hardware support (Surface, Windows/Mac).
- Infrastructure and Network management (Router, DHCP, WLAN and Access point, Servers) with third party providers.
- Security management (Trend Micro, Firewall).
- To Troubleshoot PC related issues onsite, over phone or using remote access for stores with third party providers.
- Hardware kitting, PC setup for store openings/on-site support/Training.
- Maintaining working relationship with vendors and third party providers.
- Project management(local).
- Programing /software development and architect skill (Options).
- E-commerce implementation and roll out(Option)

1.Windows Server の構築、保守経験
2.SQL Server の構築、保守経験
3.SQLプログラミング(ストアドプロシージャ、高度なSQL クエリーコーディング構築)
4.Microsoft Report Builder におけるレポート構築・運用管理経験
5.MS Dos, VB, C#におけるプログラミング経験
6.デイリーのデータインタフェースの監視、管理経験

Key Requirements:

- ERP project management (local) and support.
- Retail business application(POS) management.
- Warehouse management system implementation and support.
- E-commerce management (local) and support.
- Experience at retail business company and understanding of retail business system.
- Good communication skill.
