Job Description
Engineers in the Technology division will be in charge of business reformation by utilizing the latest technology to make customers show the best performance. As a member of the team you will resume the responsibility of technology improvement and planning, technology construction and operation.

【Responsibilities】
- To drive Application Modernization and optimization of backbone legacy system.
- To evaluate the present situation of system, deliberate Modernization method and Modernization plan.
- Evaluate the as-is backbone legacy system and draft migration plan for our client.
- During the execution phase, exchange work from COBOL to Java

Requirements
【Basic Qualifications】
・Business Level of Japanese is required. (JLPT Level 1 is preferred)
・Demonstrated experience in COBOL programming, operation and maintenance.
・Experienced in open-source programming languages of system development.

・Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
・Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
・Ability and willingness to growth career as an engineer.
・Desire to work in an information systems environment
