Job Description
-Retail Concept
:Create a fun and aspirational in store atmosphere that encourages customers to engage with the brand
:Contribute to the building of a customer service driven store through leadership skills and personal attributes

-Staff Management
:Recruit high potentials and minimize the staff turnover by motivating, coaching and developing the team
:Create and delegate responsiblities, individual KPIs and ensure that the store staff are aware of their duties and the required time scale to complete assigned tasks.
:Conduct performance reviews, identify and develpo future taks
-スタッフ管理

-Sales
:Set up competitions and incentives to motivate the store staff and drive the sales
:Drive to achieve or exceed the business and KPIs plans through effective planning

:効果的なプラニングに基づきKPI目標を達成

-Store Operation
:Responsible to secure the customer information, cash and stock
:Responsible for opening and closing of store

Requirements
-10 years of sales and 3 years of management experience within fashion industry is a must
-Strong time management, planning and organization skills with a sense of priority
-Coaching and situation management skills
-Able to manage and deliver on set expectations
