Job Description
General Information
• Location: Tokyo
• Employment Status: Full-Time

Mission
• Promote AI development projects with customers and realize a high level of customer satisfaction, development members satisfaction and profits for the company
• Create a better work environment through mutual communication with collaborators such as engineers, external partners, etc.
• Achieve a high-profit margin by sales and cost management on development projects

Responsibilities
• Simultaneous and whole project management
• Deal with below tasks by keeping good communication with clients and development team members
> Arrange project requirements, set up project scopes
> Share development requests to AI engineers, review deliverables
> Timeline and schedule management
> Collaborate with supporters such as annotators
> Create documents and materials for customers
• Organizing a project management team and cultivate team members
> Supervise Junior AI Project Managers and develop future Lead AI Project Managers
• Sales and cost management of whole divisions
> Manage multiple development projects’ sales and cost to achieve high-profit margin
• New projects proposal to potential customers
> Propose new AI-related develop projects by promoting two-way communication with new and potential clients

Requirements
Requirements
【Must Have】
• English: Business Level
> Fulfill responsibilities and communicate with engineers in English
• Japanese: Native Level
> Experience with business proposals to Japanese customers
> Make for smooth communication in Japanese
• Experience with project management with 3 to 5 members
> Lead a team as a project leader
> Negotiate with customers as a representative of a team
• Knowledge of IT (Web, machine learning, etc.)
• Experience with a team leader or/and project leader
• People who currently live in Japan

• Experience with team members development

• Experience with AI project management
