Job Description
Our client is looking for a head of Finance to help grow it's Japan business. You will be responsible for leading financial strategy, financial modelling and driving business decisions in collaboration with the Managing Director.

Requirements
• At least 10 years of proven track record in Finance, audit or controllership role
• Sound accounting knowledge and understanding of Japanese tax law
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Management of a Finance team, setting objectives and day-to-day management delivering
value to internal stakeholders, while being willing to work in a hands on capacity
• Knowledge in J GAAP and US GAAP
• Fluent Japanese and business level English proficiency
