Job Description
As an administrative assistant, you will support the department sales manager and general manager (both Japanese and non-Japanese).
Job responsibilities include:
- Confirming and payment processing
- Using internal system to update information received from documentations or data extraction
- Budget management
- Translation of e-mails or other documents
- Accommodate visitors
- Schedule management
- Comply with all relevant company policies, procedures and practices
- Support cross-department communication
- Adhoc admin and secretarial tasks
Requirements
【応募資格】
•Native Japanese speaker with business or low business level English.
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Good communication skills for internal and external communication
•Multi-tasking skills and flexibility

•Ideal candidate will have some experience working in an international company as an administrator or in a supporting role
•Background in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, nutrition or medical devices a plus
