Job Description
Including but not limited to :

•Underwriting operations, leverage best practices
• Support compliance team to design, implement and monitor program compliance.
•Liaise with all internal teams and other internal customers in line with underwriting operations.
•External client relationships
•Leads captive governance for clients/captives.
•Monitors insurance/reinsurance contracts and policies
•Minimizes expenses incurred as part of underwritten programs.
•Monitors markets, industries and companies for potential business opportunities or threats.
•Insurance Market research, selection and negotiation

•コンプライアンスチームを支援し、プログラムのコンプライアンスを設計、実施、監視する。
•引受業務に沿って、すべての社内チームおよびその他の社内顧客と連携する。
外部クライアントとの関係
•クライアント/キャプティブのためのキャプティブガバナンスをリードする。
•保険/再保険契約と保険契約を監視。
•引受プログラムの一環として発生する費用を最小限に抑える。
•潜在的なビジネスチャンスや脅威について、市場、産業、企業を監視する。
•保険市場調査、選択および交渉

Requirements
•Minimum 10 years of experience in property/casualty Underwriting,
•Bachelor's degree in Insurance or related Business Administration, Finance, Economics field, or comparable insurance industry experience.
•Excellent management and presentation skills.
•Computer skills
•Proficiency in both Japanese and English preferred.
•Regional travel required
