Job Description
• Schedule management
• Documentation / reporting
• Consolidation materials for meeting material
• Delivery business status report
• Prepare the meeting minutes of Managers meeting
• Presentation material for President
• Other documents according to the business needs by President's instruction
• To check the news paper article every day and share the info. with related managers
• Communicate with HQ about Milan collection
• Business card update
• Preparing /supporting the meeting held by President
• Travel arrangement for President
• Supporting President for his clerical work
• Supporting/ assisting the special tasks or project organized by President
• Supporting/ assisting the department head for special request by President
Requirements
• More than 3 year experiences in assisting senior level Executive
• Self-learner and self-starter
• Flexibility in work scope
• Business level English
• Microsoft Office Skill (able to prepare documents)
• Experience in fashion & luxury industry is a plus
