Company Overview<br/>International IT software company with leading development in state of the arts robotics.<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>As a secretary for the sales team Director and team Manager, you will assist with secretarial duties and sales operations support.<br/>Job responsibilities include the following:<br/><br/>• Travel arrangements, maintaining calendars for internal and external meetings, act as correspondence both internally and externally, documentation and filing<br/>• Assist with the creation of sales reports and other sales-related documents, such as creation or adjustment of contracts, as well as book-binding, arranging delivery and tracking status of contract agreements<br/>• Cooperate with Sales Operation team in updating and maintaining company database<br/>• Prepare expense reports, process vendor invoices, and support department with ordering of office supplies<br/>• Translation of documents between English and Japanese<br/>• Performing other supportive adhoc tasks<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>• Native Japanese speaker with verbal and written fluency in business English <br/>• Interpersonal skills for smooth and professional communication internally and externally<br/>• Self-motivation with the ability to work both individually and as part of a team<br/>• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment<br/>• Efficient computer skills<br/><br/>This is a junior role – relevant experience is not a must.
